RETURNS POLICY RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Right to Withdraw UK/EU: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us in writing by completing this cancellation form and emailing to info@cathedralmusictrust.org.uk within 14 days of receipt. Once we receive your cancellation, we will refund the full cost of the order including standard delivery charges within 14 days.

Purchased items that you discover you do not want for any reason can be returned for a refund provided that:

• returns are made within 14 days of receipt,
• the purchaser pays for the cost of returning the items,
• the items are returned in good condition and are resaleable.

Any item which is found to be damaged or incomplete should be notified to Cathedral Music Trust by email to info@cathedralmusictrust.org.uk as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after receipt. We may require you to return the item to us. Cathedral Music Trust will take reasonable steps to provide a replacement item within 14 days of notification or refund the cost of the item.

Refunds will be at the discretion of Cathedral Music Trust and will be re-credited to the debit/credit card originally used for the purchase of the item. Such refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the claim. Cathedral Music Trust reserves the right to refuse a refund and its decision is final.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before writing to us.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Cathedral Music Trust is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
